A lovely example of Frank Lloyd Wright's enduring design influence, Dale Tiffany's Mission Tranquility table lamp incorporates classic Mission-style elements with a soothing earth-and-sky color palette. The 13-inch shade has a flared square shape with a simple rectangular motif that positions golden amber against airy blue, pale yellow against grassy green, and all enriched with shifting, textured tones to create a softly harmonized composition. Underneath, the slender column and stepped base of the cast body are finished in aged Mission bronze to keep the look subtle and natural while also providing a solid-looking counterbalance. The renowned manufacturer of fine glass lighting and home decor, Dale Tiffany employs the highest quality hand-rolled art glass, hand leading, and the "copper foil" technique, the assembly method originally developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany more than 100 years ago. Since every lamp is individually crafted, no two are exactly alike and each becomes its own truly unique heirloom piece.
