Good product - sturdy, nice finish, pleasant lighting level suitable for a study desk. The only disadvantage is that the bulb is exposed and does not have a cover.

Perfect for a dorm room desk. Really pleasant non-glare illumination. Quality seems very good, no issues at all. Paid extra for black over gray/putty mix fixture which is annoying but so worth it. Very happy with this purchase. Would happily buy again for siblings.

Lamp arrived with an inoperable switch. It can only be turned on and off by using a switchable extension cord. Upon reviewing the steps required to return the item, such as getting a preauthorize return form and the shipping cost of returning the lamp plus a restocking fee it wasn't worth the effort. I'll just be careful to insure I do not order any additional items from this manufacturer.

I have owned this light for well over 10 years and have never once given me any problems. I recently had to replaced the bulb which can be found at your local Loews. Highly recommend, I would definitely buy it again if this light ever breaks.

It is a nice lamp for the price. It illuminates the desk area well and it has a very sturdy construction.
