Black & Decker's VersaPak tools, everything from the ScumBuster to power screwdrivers, are boons to the busy person, saving both time and effort. We know they get a lot of use, so we're glad to see Black & Decker offering single replacement batteries to keep everything running smoothly. The VersaPak line of tools all use this battery, and their main advantage is freedom from "memory," which keeps you from getting a full recharge. Black & Decker tells us that these batteries will take 300 charges, but we've heard of them lasting long past that.  New Lease on Life November 20, 2008
My old hand vacuum had lost nearly all its suction. It finally occurred to me to try new batteries. For a small investment, the vac is as good as new.

I was really worried that I would not be able to find replacement batteries for my tools and was happy to find them on the web. They are just what I needed.
Should Have Bought This Years Ago! July 8, 2008
I was still using the same battery pack that I bought over 5 years ago and finding it getting weaker and weaker over the past couple of years. Finally there was not enought juice to power my weed whacker and it occurred to me that maybe I should buy replacement batteries! The new ones work like a dream -- all the power that I remember from my original purchase. Now the week whacker works great, as well as my battery-powered saw and drill. Yeah!

We could not find this battery locally and were very pleased to find it through Amazon. Shipping was very prompt and our flashlight now lights. the battery was a Black & Decker VP100 3.6V Versapak.
