Worked just fine November 25, 2008 Provided just enough light, the strap fits very comfortably, and I like that you can set it to many different angles so that you don't shine it in anybody's eyes :)
great headlamp for the pirce September 6, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
was looking for a basic headlamp for my seven year old for a camping trip, and this seemed to be just the thing. has good range. he hds a little trouble finding the sliding on/off switch - a button might be easier - but for this price i was very happy with this purchase.
Good but consider the 4 lamp model August 1, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This one is just fine but I like the 4 lamp version better. It has variable settings and is brighter. Both are great lights and are light enough for my 4 year old to use comfortably.
great lamp January 12, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I actually have the takterra, same thing but it has a flip down red lens. This lamp has served in multiples combat tours in Iraq and has been completely reliable. Battery life is ultra long, I think In the past year I have changed them once.
Cant go wrong
Lighweight, comfortable headlamp, with excellent power! January 4, 2008 This is a really bright headlamp, lightweight and comfortable. It is great for searching in deep unlit closets, as you have your hands free. It is also great outdoors, when doing things with poor lighting conditions, as on the patio or in the backyard. It is a little difficult to put the batteries in the headlamp. If you are as clumsy, as I am, I would have someone else open the headlamp and do the battery placement for you.
